JF Series
Granular ice is essential in several sectors, thanks to its versatility: it is ideal for preserving food and for its display as well.
Flake ice is used for the preparation of many cocktails, for saunas and treatments in spas, in the world of cosmetics, in medical and hospital environments.
It is a very moist, wet ice, particularly appreciated in the baking sector for this reason.Granular ice is really handy and easy-to-use, store and weigh, thanks to its high residual water content that, depending on model, ranges from 15% up to 25%.
JF Range
The new ice making machines of the JF line are also available in a brand new R290 ecological version, utilising 100% natural, zero-environmental-impact propane gas: the state of the art technology to safeguard the environment at best.
JF-F line, completely electronic, uses R134a - R452a refrigerant gas.
Our new range of granular ice makers, with capacity up to 1.000 Kg/day, generates granular ice via a vertical, cylindrical evaporator, equipped with a screw conveyor, which scrapes the internal surface of the ice dragging it to the the ice-crunching system proximal to the outlet of the machine.
JF Line includes both self-contained and bin-combined models, which are designed to be paired with a JolyIce bin. Take a look at the vast selection of ice bins available.
